HIGH WEST
In THE H COLLECTION, James considers High West to be a project that is both liberating and tricky. Located at a high-density, urban zone in Sai Ying Pun, High West was planned and designed at the earliest stage to be an inspiring structure that would help promote the sustainability of the area. Blending seamlessly into a complex landscape, this masterpiece is set to bring new vitality to Island West.
THE GLOUCESTER
Every piece of architecture in THE H COLLECTION adds weight and strength to its surroundings. Constantly refining his ideas, James believes “When your architecture makes Hong Kong a better place to live in, you raise each district’s value at the same time.” The extraordinary level of design and services at The Gloucester reflects these sentiments. Designed by well-known designer Ed Ng, this landmark residence boasts a uniquely designed aquarium-style heated sky pool with full sea view. What’s more, there are two interior design theme options for the residential units. No wonder a certain joie de vivre extends to every living space, establishing a new living concept for Hong Kong Island. Other than THE H COLLECTION, Henderson Land brings unprecedented value to many different places in Hong Kong. For example, British master architect Lord Richard Rogers designed Phase 1 to Phase 5 of Double Cove, a residential project unlike any other, located along the seaside with breathtaking views. He has built many world famous pieces that have become legendary such as Centre Pompidou in Paris and London’s Millennium Dome.
